The Torrs

If you take the same initial direction as for the Church Road bridge/Goytside Farm stretch and then turn acute right this path will take you down towards the Torrs, which can also be entered from the town by the public footpath.The Torrs is a ravine created more than 20,000 years ago by glacial water from the ice age.
