Welcome to the Disley and New Mills Angling Club. This club operates in the High Peak area of Derbyshire, the Peak District National Park and Cheshire. It was formed in the 1950's by a small group of anglers who enjoyed the local fishing amenities. DNMAC is now a medium sized club with approximately 500 members. The club has ten still waters in Derbyshire and Cheshire (one in the National Park-Peak District) in the form of reservoirs, dams and lodges where comprehensive coarse fishing is available including quality carp. There are also stretches of the rivers Goyt and Sett, which afford coarse fishing and fly fishing for grayling and trout. DNMAC is affiliated to the N.F.A. and the A.C.A.. The club offers membership to anyone who is looking to enjoy and improve the quality of their angling skills and at the same time promote the interests in the sport as well as the protection of the environment both for its members and the public.
